Synopsis:
Located at the crossing of Smith and 9th Street Station is the highest rapid-transit platform in the world. This panoramic platform offers New York City commuters a peaceful and scenic outlook onto their city. This film, titled after the station's crossing, takes place on a windy November day and incorporates sound-clips gathered over a period of days. While the visuals of the film remain trained on the station and its urban background, the sound-clips tell another story; unrelated yet provoking.
